Run for life!!!
- Run for life what does this say? It means that let miles change you not that you change miles. Healthy body leads to healthy mind.. Healthy mind leads to great work at workplace or at home!!! So some magical steps we need to do.
1) excercise daily - take out one hour from your busy schedule and run or excercise at home or else go to some site and scroll down your intrest.
2) eat right food and portion your mean yes we all are fond of eating junk. Foods not you just but i also I love eating pizza maggi and many more but for our good health we have to say no to junk foods. And portion your meal each hour follow proper diet and plan we need to have in our daily routine if you are at workplace plan according to that.
3) be sure to get adequate sleep -sleep one of most important factor otherwise person becomes cranky and lazy. 6-7 hours of sleep is most..
4)extreme workout -there are many fitness and zumba class going on.. Join to them explore new things.
5) work and burn -work and burn calories and do as many as planks you can. Have protein powder according to your needs.
6) I am not and nor have I been morning person -wake up early in morning and workout. So you will definitely feel good and fresh.. I am not morning person but though I try to wake up in morning.
As I would say now no change can come without force backing it. To achieve healthy and fit lifestyle you have to force yourself to make all neccesary changes to your everyday life. Just impossible to put the importance of fitness and health aside at this present period of human being. So have a happy workout!!! 😊
